Done! got a late workout in. I have followed Brian Syuki in the recent past, he is different and I had to do about a week of him before I appreciated his workouts; at first I did not but kept trying. I would say for the intermediate workout person. He doesn’t talk during workout and has a plain clean background with a timer line. He has many free workouts and a paid challenge if you like. He won a youtube award. Last night ( Wednesday I did a 20 minute workout session with him) you can always slow down and modify movements. There are no floor movements here, just standing up.
