Got my movement in on the treadmill late yesterday Saturday. I have to walk at this time as I will be having surgery soon. Today I only had fruit about 2pm water the rest of the day. I had planned on making the cheesecake, but didn’t soak the nuts until late, so will try tomorrow (Sunday) and my papaya should be more ripe to do the chia dish. Again seeds which are now soaking in the cocnut water too. I have to learn to plan better for soaking nuts and seeds, that is really important for better digestion, removes enzyme inhibitors. Hope to see everyone on the zoom. I’ve noticed less inflammation in my ankels and I lost 5 lbs total 2 weeks. That is the beat in months of trying traditional methods. I feel much better generally too! Starting picture and finished picture. I only got a mile walk in and took me 26 minutes but I’m Feeling grateful! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🍉🍏🍎
