Done - Yoga this morning; walking in place or side steps and weights last night. I have moved consistently since January 3, except one day - so I am pleased to say I am motivated to continue my healthy journey and step it up by adding walking outside and bicycling again when it warms up. Also in the Summer I love to swim. Dancing is my #1 - but since there is no where to go, I must incorporate it more routinely at home...
